The following terms govern your use of and/or purchase of products from the Site. Be advised that your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by all of the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”).

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of the Site. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the Site from time to time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, music, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other forms of intellectual property owned, controlled and/or used under license or with other legal authority by Chimera. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Chimera.

The Contents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from the Site) use by the users of the Site. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Chimera, therefore, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability or otherwise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition, with the original packing receipt within 7 days of the order date, subject to compliance with all other terms and conditions of Chimera’s Return Policy. Overview

Our returns and refund policy is in line with the UAE’s right of reclamation and returns law. You have the right to: 

• Replace.

• Exchange.

• Or be fully refunded.

Within 7 days of the order date. If 7 day has passed after the order date, all of the options are voided automatically. 

For any problems or concerns with the merchandise, notice must be given within 2 days of shipment receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including labels and tags in the case of apparel. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on) will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the refund will be refused.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

 All exchanges dependent on existing stock.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us to get the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All deliveries in the United Arab Emirates are done by different dispatchers that provided services locally or by Chimera. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation when a dispatcher different from Chimera is used. The order will be delivered to the address you fill in at the checkout.

Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 3. Please allow up to 1 week for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

A shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before the final payment step.

Uncollected packages.

If you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point You forfeit your right to a refund. If you change your mind about an order you need to contact Chimera immediately. You will still have to collect your package and return it back.

Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact us. When returning an item you are responsible for it, please refer directly to the return & refund policy for additional information.

Payment should be complete before the product is shipped or handed, all prices are fixed, except for sales and discounts. You can use any of the options below to complete your purchase:

• • Credit and Debit cards (Master Card/VISA/AMEX.)
• • Bank transfer.
• • COD (Cash on delivery) directly received by a member of Chimera or the designated courier. 
• • PayPal.

Chimera uses PayPal as the online payment solution, all the information concerning your Credit/Debit card is End-to-end encrypted.

When using a Credit/Debit card you pay immediately at checkout. 

Chimera reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Chimera can also demand to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Colors.

We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Deficient items.

In the unfortunate case where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase (excluding items that are damaged as a result of normal wear), the item will be exchanged. Chimera will cover the return shipping costs. If the same product is not available and you want to exchange it for an alternative product, please be aware that any price difference must be covered. You are entitled to a full refund including shipping if non of the options fits your desire.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chimera and/or any of its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and/or agents from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

This Agreement shall be defined in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Therefore You accept the Terms and Conditions when using the Site. You agree to bring any dispute arising under this Agreement exclusively to the UAE. Chimera may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment.

TERMINATION.

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Chimera. Chimera may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Chimera’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, or if Chimera for any reason otherwise so decides to terminate. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
